High speed & High precision Spindle Unit
HIGH RIGIDITY BELT SPINDLE
This PROSTAR is equipped with BT50 4000rpm/min high rigidity belt spindle and can also choose 6000rpm/min high-speed direct-connected spindle. It has high precision, and the surface finish of the finished workpiece is very good. The short nose spindle presents outstanding rigidity. It also may increase efficiency while lowering tool wear.
With high-quality and continuously optimized components, we ensure that our high-speed spindles run absolutely reliably and always achieve excellent performance values.
Our spindles are equipped with high-precision ball bearings, which ensure reliable operational safety, smooth running and long service life

Permanent grease lubrication and oil-air lubrication are optimally matched to the respective application. Our lubrications unit ensure trouble free operation even at the higher RPM.
Our spindles are operated by a SIEMENS drives before installation on the machine with all functions.

Linear Motion Mechanism
Precision ground ball screws
Precision ground ball screws provide high positioning accuracy and repeatability, smooth movement and long service life. These highly efficient ball screws are a perfect solution for Vertical machining centers and machines all 3 axes fitted with this ball screws
Linear guide-ways
Linear guide-ways provides linear motion by re-circulating rolling elements between a profiled rail and a bearing block. The coefficient of friction on a linear guide-way is only 1/50 compared to a traditional slide and they are able to take loads in all directions. With these features, a linear guide-way can achieve high precision and greatly enhanced moving accuracy.
